Installation and Training
We have been installing the Mitel MiVoice call recorder since its launch in the UK in 2007 and our team of engineers and trainers have all been involved since the beginning. We have installed Call recorders into over 500 different companies globally including major banks and building societies, Insurance and financial services organisations, emergency response and medical professionals, hospitals, hotels chains and even the London Bus Company. We can install either remotely or on site and offer full, structured, end user and administration training either at the customers premises or remotely via web links. We also understand the need for the majority of our customers to be PCI compliant and we can offer a number of ways that this can be achieved.
Our support services are available independently of any of our other services or can be combined with them to create a full, managed solution.
